| Enquiries that lead to a booking | Kept as long as accounting and tax law require. |
Only the services needed to deliver the message to my inbox. They act as processors and are not allowed to use your data for anything else:
| Cloudflare | Hosts the site and runs the form. |
|---|---|
| Resend | Delivers the enquiry to my mailbox. |
| Zoho | My email provider. Mailbox hosted in the European Union. |
Cloudflare and Resend are established in the United States. Where your data reaches them, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing that would require a consent banner.
Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track people across sites. It reports totals — page views and countries — never individuals.
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to it being processed, by writing to info@srjkofficial.com. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it, and does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Malta this is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
